Shakira rubs shoulders with playboy driver Lewis Hamilton during night out in Miami

Shakira crossed paths with Lewis Hamilton when she went out for dinner in Miami on Tuesday night — amid claims, the new single singer has already caught the eye of Tom Cruise.

The Colombian star, 46, moved to Florida with her two children following an acrimonious divorce from former FC Barcelona and Spain footballer Gerard Piqué last June.

And she turned heads when she entered the Cipriani restaurant in Miami, where Grand Prix champion Hamilton, 38, was dining with a group of friends.

Footage from the evening shows Formula 1 fan Shakira greeting the Mercedes driver, who acknowledges her as she is led past his table.

Although the singer is considered single after her divorce from Piqué, Hamilton has been romantically linked to Brazilian model Juliana Nalu.

The 24-year-old – who previously dated rapper Kanye West – has already been spotted at the Grand Prix Paddock in Miami and is said to be at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in California in May with Hamilton.

Shakira’s latest public appearance comes amid claims that Tom Cruise is romantically interested in the star after they were spotted in Miami at the Grand Prix last weekend.

That’s what an insider told me Page six Tuesday that the A-list actor, 60, is “extremely interested in pursuing” the Colombian singer, 46, because “there is chemistry” between the pair.

The South American singer, whose full name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, parted ways with her longtime love Piqué, 36, last summer amid allegations that he had cheated on her with the woman he started dating after the split, Clara Chia Martin, 24.

The Hips Don’t Lie singer “needs a soft cushion to stand out, and that could be Tom,” the source told the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One star outlet, describing him as ” a nice fellow, and … talented.’

The source commented of the stars, “And she’s no taller than him,” as the Top Gun: Maverick star is 5 feet 8 inches tall, while the Grammy winner is 5 feet 8 inches tall.

The Hollywood veteran sent flowers to the Everywhere performer after they crossed paths at the South Florida auto racing event Sunday, the outlet reported.

The pair were spotted chatting on the race’s starting grid and in a private suite.

Shakira is mum to children Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight, with Pique following their 12-year romance.

Cruise is a father of three: Isabella, 30, and Connor, 28, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman; and Suri, 17, with ex-wife Katie Holmes.

Cruise was in the news this weekend after being named the winner for Best Performance in a Movie for Top Gun: Maverick at Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards.

He was nominated against Austin Butler (Elvis), Florence Pugh (Don’t Worry Darling), KeKe Palmer (Nope) and Michael B. Jordan (Creed III).

Cruise showed off his signature showmanship as he delivered his acceptance speech from the air in a jet.
