According to reports, the 37-year-old suddenly fell ill on Friday during a night out with friends in Sauveria Mannelli, a town in Catanzaro province.
Mrs. Sirianni was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The former TV star appeared in the 12th season of the Italian version of the reality show, which aired between 2011 and 2012.
She was born in Australia to Italian parents who emigrated from the southern region of Calabria before her birth.

Ambulance personnel rushed to the scene and attempts were made to resuscitate her, to no avail.
She was rushed to the local Soveria Mannelli Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Reports say an investigation is underway to determine the cause of her sudden illness and death, and no information has yet been released to the public, although third-party involvement was reportedly ruled out.
