I’m A Celebrity stars discuss their extreme weight loss as ‘grubby’ Helen Flanagan admits she hasn’t washed her face in TWO WEEKS

Living largely on a diet of rice and beans, it’s only natural that the stars of I’m A Celebrity South Africa lose weight.

In scenes airing Tuesday night, the campmates discuss their changing bodies, but one campmate believes they’ve put on weight somehow.

Phil Tufnell, 57, discusses his weight loss at camp and says, “I can really feel my pelvis. It really stands out! I’m like a toast rack.

However, Paul Burrell, 64, insists: ‘I bet I’m the one who’s lost the most weight. I think Dan [Gaffney’s] gain weight! No one cares about getting into the jungle.’

In the Bush Telegraph, Dean, 45, agrees: ‘Everyone is slowly fading away except me…’

Helen Flanagan, 32, also considers her washing routine, saying: ‘I haven’t washed my face in two weeks, I’ve never seen so many blackheads on my nose!’

She admits, “I feel so dirty.”

Myleene Klass, 45, asks for help squeezing her blackheads, dons surgical gloves and says, “I’m not a dermatologist, but I’ll try anything.”

Carol Vorderman, 62, admits she doesn’t mind watching, saying, “It’s quite satisfying.”

Hosts Ant and Dec then arrive at camp with an update for the remaining celebrities, warning that time is running out to compete for the Legend title.

Ant explains: ‘We’re back with news. We are here to inform you that the race to the final starts here, because we have another survival test.’

Dec then explains how the campmates will be chosen for the trial.

But who will face the next exciting test to stay in the camp? And will they be happy with it?

There is no reprieve for the victorious celebrity or the other remaining campmates when news of a second survival trial is revealed in the camp.

One of the celebrities reads the Bush Bulletin and says, “Would you ALL please get ready to leave the camp!”

When they arrive at the clearing, Dec welcomes them by saying, “The whole gang!”

And Ant explains, “We have news. The survival trials continue and you are all participating in this one. At the end, two people go home.’

Each celebrity is locked in a coffin, with their heads sticking out. They must untangle a key from a string of cords, unlock the padlock so they get stuck in it, and ring a bell.

Critters are added to the crates during the Trial. The last two campmates left in their crates will leave the camp for good.

Plus, anyone who chooses not to participate or anyone who yells I’m A Celebrity… Get me out of here! during the process, one of the two will leave.

Tensions are running high, so much is at stake.

Ant admits, “It’s very quiet.”

Dec says, “It’s very exciting!
