Joe Swash burst into tears during the final episode of I’m A Celeb South Africa missing his kids back home in the UK on Monday.
The former soap star, 40, is father to daughters Belle, three months, Rose, 16 months, and Rex, two, with wife Stacey.
As well as son Harry, 15 from a previous relationship with ex Emma Sophocleous and stepfather to Stacey’s sons Zach, 15, and Leighton, nine.
