Pippa Middleton and Kate’s parents arrive at Coronation

The Princess of Wales’s family looked in high spirits as they arrived at Westminster Abbey for the coronation of King Charles III.

Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, arrived along with her younger sister, Pippa, 39, and her younger brother, James, 36, to celebrate the historic occasion.

Pippa looked glamorous in a yellow blazer dress by Claire Mischevani and her brother James was chic in a suit and matching yellow cardigan as they took part in the festivities for the royal event.

Meanwhile, Carole, 68, looked elegant in a sapphire dress as she smiled to the crowd alongside her husband, Michael Middleton, 73, who donned a suit with a red tie.

The Middletons have maintained a close relationship with the Royals and have appeared at many family celebrations following Kate and William’s wedding in 2011.

And while Kate has risen in the royal family, Carole and Michael continue to play important roles in the lives of their grandchildren, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

They also remain a pillar of stability for William, whom they have known since his college days.

It is believed that William is very fond of his in-laws and really enjoys spending time with Kate’s parents and siblings.

Besides spending time with their daughter and son-in-law and their children, the Middletons have also been spotted at other royal events.

For example, they have previously been invited to attend church in Sandringham, Norfolk, with the royals.

Following speculation over whether or not they would appear at Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee last June, they were spotted at Saturday night’s Platinum Party.

Carole and Michael appeared at a much gloomier time, joining senior members of the Royal Family for the Queen’s funeral and service in September.

Last December, Kate’s family fully supported their daughter’s Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey, which came after the release of the final three episodes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive Netflix documentary.

The family will today show their support for the new king and queen as they are crowned.

Kate’s siblings have also been thrust into the spotlight following her entry into the royal family.

Mother-of-three Pippa made headlines around the world when she was a bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding, with many shared photos of her eye-catching dress.

She is married to hedge fund manager and former racing driver James Matthews, brother of Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.

Her brother James Middleton married his wife Alizée Thevenet in 2021 at a wedding on the French Riviera.

He has previously spoken out about his battle with depression and he was also diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).

Speaking about his depression, he revealed to The Telegraph that he “couldn’t do anything,” including seeing his family as he struggled and that he was in a “dark and miserable place.”

He added that Kate would accompany him in therapy sessions and that his mother, father and sister Pippa also supported him.

Last year, Kate’s family fully supported their daughter’s Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey, which came after the release of the final three episodes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive Netflix documentary.
