Taylor Swift rents out Cornelia Street townhouse where she fell in love with Joe Alwyn

Entering a new era, Taylor Swift has put her Cornelia Street home in New York City on the market.

The 33-year-old singer called her $11.5 million mansion — where she wrote the song about her ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, 32 — about a month after it was revealed the couple had split.

The official listphotographed by Al Siedmanfor the lavish 5,500-square-foot 4-bed, 7-bathroom space went up Friday.

On the same day, her former love nest was signed to a 12-month lease with a monthly rent of $50,000.

It was revealed in early April that the 12-time Grammy winner — who is rumored to have moved on from 1975 frontman Matty Healy, 34 — called it quits with Alwyn after six years of dating.

The songwriter moved into the Cornelia Street mansion in 2016 – the same year she met the British actor at the Met Gala – and lived there until 2017.

The luxurious Manhattan apartment is known as the place where she fell in love with her now-ex and the inspiration behind the song on her 2019 album Lover.

On the aptly titled track, the singer sings, “I’m renting a house on Cornelia Street.”

In the lyrics, she seemingly alludes to Alwyn, “And I hope I never lose you, hope it never ends.”

“I would never walk Cornelia Street again,” Swift sings in the song. “That’s the kind of heartbreak that time can never heal.”

Built in 1899, the three-story townhouse is located in the heart of Manhattan’s West Village.

The superstar’s former home not only has four large bedrooms and seven luxurious bathrooms, but also an indoor pool and multiple fireplaces.

The master bedroom features a private deck with a gas fireplace and a sizable walk-in closet.
