Holly Willoughby prepares for Coronation festivities
Holly Willoughby led the stars to social media in anticipation of the coronation on Friday afternoon.
The star, 42, took to Instagram to share an image of a crown-shaped cake she made following a segment on Thursday’s This Morning in which chef Juliet Sear showed viewers how to make and decorate the ice cream treat.
Elsewhere, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary enjoy a street party and Gemma Collins decorates her garden with King Charles masks and flags.
Holly revealed her plans for the day included eating cake with her kids, Chester, 13, Belle, 12, and Harry, eight, sipping bubbles and watching the festivities.
Other stars flooded social media with details about the big day and how they would be celebrating King Charles’s induction to the throne.
Holly looked radiant in an instant as she smiled for the camera as she waved the cake and revealed she spent all night and day making the treat.

“It may not be perfect, but I can’t wait to grab a piece with the kids and have a glass of bubbly while I watch the coronation tomorrow… whatever and wherever you are this weekend, enjoy the moment and I hope there’s some cake involved’.

They headed to Coronation Street for a special street party on the Manchester set where they frolicked alongside a host of stars from the show.

The giddy presenter, 45, has been became ITV’s premier music expert and will be on the channel live from the ceremony on Saturday.
Speaking from the back of a car on her way to the iconic London landmark for rehearsal, Myleene wore a bold floral dress and shared her excitement.
The singer looked sensational in the multicolored two-piece which she paired with a pair of sky-high gold heels.

“I was told to dress smart, so I went very subtle,” she joked, gesturing to her eye-catching ensemble.
In updating her followers in the Instagram Story, she continued, “I’m not sure what to expect, but I’m very excited. I have my passport to enter. I’ll keep you informed’
Myleene then put on a high-vis jacket and shielded her eyes with sunglasses as she entered the abbey.
She explained, “I’m just following the team to the studio. This is Gazza. He’s my security officer. He’s going to keep me out of trouble.”
The presenter’s swift flight to Westminster followed her usual stint on Smooth radio this morning.
Elsewhere, Amanda Holden interviewed giddy Royal fanatics who already lined the streets of London, while Sharon Osbourne greeted campers on The Mall ahead of Friday’s coronation festivities – as the stars geared up for the big day.
Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda, 51, became Heart FM’s chief coronation correspondent when she was sent across the capital to cover the festivities.
She took to The Mall to greet Royal fans – where an unlikely Sharon, 70, was located – who had camped out on the tree-lined road connecting Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace ahead of Saturday’s King Charles celebrations.
She beamed as she posed among fans draped in Union Flags before returning to Global Studios.
Elsewhere, Sharon was depicted emerging from a tent after greeting those camping to get a good look at the coronation.
Sharon has flown to the UK for TalkTV’s Coronation coverage and will also be joining Vanessa Feltz and a slew of royal experts, including ex-royal butler Paul Burrell, for live coverage of the event on Saturday.

The coronation itself will take place in Westminster Abbey on Saturday, with the Coronation Big Lunch and Coronation Concert on Sunday.

Members of the public have been encouraged to take part in The Big Help Out on Bank Holiday Monday by volunteering for local organisations.
The first glimpses of the coronation procession during an overnight rehearsal have given insight into what the pageantry will look like and who will be involved.
The procession returning to Buckingham Palace along The Mall will feature the Gold State Coach.
King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla will be in it as they are greeted by crowds.
