Selena Gomez’s ex-best friend and kidney donor Francia Raisa has shadowed her just months after Rare Beauty’s founder praised her.

The 34-year-old actress was spotted walking her dog in Studio City on Sunday when she was asked several questions about the current state of her relationship with the 30-year-old multihyphenate.

Francia seemed to shadow Selena as she literally did everything she could to avoid saying her former boyfriend’s name in addition to talking about where they are now.

Because the How I Met Your Father star no longer follows the Only Murders In The Building actress on social media, she was asked if things were still going well between them.

Francia grinned when the question was asked before coyly replying, “Sunday is so much fun, it’s a rest day. I’m Francia and I’m hanging out with my dog.’

The man behind the camera commented on her evasive answers to which Francia replied, “I’m really good at this game, I’ve gotten better.”

The actress continued to dodge questions as she talked about how she comes from the valley and even discussed hopes for the Los Angeles Lakers playoffs while pretending to be interested in what kind of tree was on the sidewalk.

Francia did everything she could to deviate from the walk, but there was one thing she addressed directly in organ donation.

She was asked if she would donate her kidney again despite how her friendship with Selena ended.

She answered honestly, “I would definitely talk to someone again about organ donation and the process and stuff. I’ve done it a few times, obviously it’s not something I promote.

“You know, the other day I was at the cinema with my friend Lily and someone came up to me and said, ‘Hey, my friend is the one you talked to about the kidney donation a few years ago and she’s very grateful.'”

Francia said she asked how the person’s friend was doing and she said “great” and donating her kidney is worth it for moments like this.

The Grown-esque star looked stunning on the outing as she wore a lilac sports bra with gray sweatpants.

She also wore an elbow-length white knit sweater along with a matching pair of sneakers.

Her red locks were worn out as she sported big shades of black while showing off her natural look by going makeup free.

In March, Selena had praised her “best friend” Francia for donating a life-saving kidney to her in 2017.

Their bond has had its ups and downs, including a vicious feud last year after Selena called Taylor Swift her “only friend in the business.”

But in a possible signal that they’ve mended fences, Selena, 30, rhapsodized about Francia in a new episode of the Apple TV+ series Dear….

“I will never be more in debt than Francia,” said Selena, who needed the transplant because of her battle with lupus. “The idea of ​​someone having no doubts about being a donor was incredibly overwhelming.”

She announced the transplant on Instagram in 2017 with a heartwarming photo of her and Francia holding hands as they lay side by side in hospital beds.

When Selena’s life was in danger in the midst of her battle with lupus, Francia came to her rescue without hesitation and parted with one of her kidneys.
