MAFS: Harrison Boon narrowly avoids ex-girlfriend Abby Miller at event
Harrison Boon of Married At First Sight had an awkward encounter with his ex-girlfriend Abby Miller when they attended a Hyper Karting event in Sydney on Thursday night.
The former flames, who went on a date just months earlier at the same location, were speechless when they realized they would both be racing at the same time.
Footage captured by Daily Mail Australia shows Harrison, 32, donning his helmet, while Abby, 21, sits just meters behind him in the pit lane.
As if it wasn’t exciting enough, a blackout occurred during the event, forcing all riders to wait even longer before getting behind the wheel.
“Harrison couldn’t believe his luck,” a cast member told the Daily Mail Australia.

“Abby was only a few feet away from him. They looked at each other as they waited their turn to drive. We were all watching,” they added.
Despite the awkwardness, the pair managed to keep their composure and keep their distance when they finally got to ride the go-karts.
The atmosphere at the event was tense, one onlooker said, but the pair seemed determined to enjoy themselves separately.

In February, Daily Mail Australia published leaked text messages between Abby and Harrison suggesting their relationship was nothing more than “a bit of fun.”
Harrison’s best friend Paul Salviani, who served as best man at his wedding, also confirmed that their romance was just a casual fling.
“Harrison was never committed to Abby. He just saw her for fun for a few weeks. She was so unimportant that I only knew her as ‘the 21-year-old,’ said Paul.
‘I did meet her, but I forgot her name and we just called her that. So how important can she be to him?’
“Harrison couldn’t believe his luck,” a cast member told the Daily Mail Australia
In February, Harrison’s best friend Paul Salviani revealed that the MAFS star was “never committed to Abby” and that he was “just seeing her for fun for a few weeks”
Paul said that Harrison never promised Abby that they would be together after MAFS.
She was free to move on. He broke up with her. I delivered the message,’ he said.

Harrison’s “wife” Bronte Schofield was infamously confronted on her wedding day by her friend Jessica Tomlinson who had information about Harrison’s pre-show affair with Abby.
Jessica showed receipts in the form of photos, WhatsApp screenshots and even a picture of an open suitcase, which she said was Harrison’s bag he packed the day before he left to film MAFS.
A shocked Bronte replied, “You’re lying. If that’s true, that’s my worst nightmare.’
