Jackson Mahomes – known for his bizarre behavior in NFL stadiums – was accused of forcibly kissing the 40-year-old owner of a bar just outside Kansas City.

On Wednesday, he posted on his Instagram Story that he appeared to mingle with NFL fans who came to Kansas City for the draft.

He also posted a photo of him beaming next to his Kansas City Chiefs quarterback brother Patrick on his profile on Saturday.

Last week, he made his first TikTok in about two months while lip-syncing the lyrics “I’ve been lost friends and finding peace.”

He has not appeared to comment on the allegations, which surfaced in March. Police said at the time that they were investigating the incident.

According to a Kansas City Star Report, the alleged incidents took place on February 25 at Aspens Restaurant and Longue in Overland Park, KS. Owner Aspen Vaughn said she had video of Mahomes trying to kiss her twice and grabbing her neck.

“He violently kissed me out of the blue,” she told The Star. And I tell him, push him away by saying “what are you doing?”

“Then he did it two more times where the last time I pushed him off me and I can see on the cameras that someone was standing outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”

“It’s disgusting,” Vaughn told Mahomes at the time. Like you’re a kid and he was trying to say “we’re supposed to be a power couple,” and I’m like “you’re obviously crazy right now.”

The teenage waiter, who chose to remain unnamed, said Mahomes would not allow access to the staff office.

“I went to our office downstairs where the employees are in the employee area, and he is downstairs, I don’t know the reason,” the waiter said.

“I’m trying to get to the office, and he pushes me out. … And he said, ‘No, go away, go away.”

Brandan Davies, a lawyer for Mahomes, denied the allegations at the time.

“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” the attorney told the outlet. “Our investigation has produced substantial evidence that refutes Jackson’s accuser’s allegations, including the statements of several witnesses.

“We have contacted the police to provide the results of our investigation so that they can get a full picture of the case.”
