Miley Cyrus will soon have two new stepparents, as superstar mom Tish is engaged to Prison Break star Dominic Purcell… eight months after her dad Billy Ray popped the question to singer Firerose.
Tish, 55, made her big announcement on Saturday, posting the happy news on Instagram with some beloved photos showing off her brand new starlet.
“A thousand times….YES @dominicpurcell,” the bride-to-be wrote, captioning a photo of the couple embracing in Malibu, California.
She then shared a snap of the square stone on her ring finger when Purcell, 53, grabbed her from behind.
Tish and her new man went public with their relationship in July last year – 3 months after divorcing the Achy Breaky Heart singer, 61.

Billy Ray and Tish tied the knot in 1993 and went on hiatus twice before finally divorcing in 2022.
Tish filed for divorce from Billy Ray, citing irreconcilable differences. In the court documents, she noted that they “cohabited as husband and wife continuously for no more than two years.”
For their final separation, Billy Ray filed for divorce in October 2010 before dropping the application in March 2011.
Tish filed her own divorce papers in June 2013. The couple reconciled a month later after attending couples counseling.
The former couple shares five children. In addition to megastar Miley, 30, they also have Brandi, 35, Trace, 33, Braison, 28, and Noah, 23.
The blonde beauty and her new beau initially sparked romance rumors after she left a series of heart emojis on his Instagram and wrote “Hi Babe” in response to one of his posts.
A source told USA weekly in February that Tish “really feels like she’s found her soul mate” in Purcell, who was previously married to Rebecca Williamson from 1998 until their divorce in 2008.
The source added: “Tish wanted to keep their romance a secret for a while until she was sure he was The One. However, that didn’t last long and they’ve been inseparable ever since. She definitely sees a future with him and feels so blessed that they found each other.”
