Noted ESPN analyst and New York Knicks fan Stephen A. Smith celebrated the Knicks’ playoff series win against the Cleveland Cavaliers by posting a hilarious video to his Twitter.

New York won Game 5 106-95, taking a decisive 4-1 series advantage and setting up a matchup with the Heat-Bucks series winner.

And Smith was already letting his mind wander to the finale as he took to social media to celebrate.

The video opened with Smith laughing like the villain from a Hollywood blockbuster before launching into one of his patented tirades in celebratory fashion.

“One down, two more to go,” Smith chanted. “I’m thinking about finals, honey. I think finals. Orange and blue skies, orange and blue skies. Go New York, go New York, go. New York is in the house.’

During his celebration, Smith also took a moment to apologize to Cavaliers star Donavan Mitchell before moving on.

Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks with 23 points, while RJ Barrett added 21.

Donovan Mitchell had 28 points, six assists and seven rebounds for Cleveland.

Brunson averaged 24 points in the series and led New York in scoring all four wins, while beating Mitchell for the second straight postseason. Brunson was with Dallas last year when he got the best of Mitchell.

The Knicks’ task of winning the game was complicated when Julius Randle appeared to re-injure his left ankle just before halftime.

Randle, who suffered a sprained ankle on March 29, went to the locker room with 1:17 left in the second quarter and did not return in the second half.

However, with a 61–51 halftime advantage, the Knicks were able to maintain their lead in the second half to reach their first Eastern Conference Semifinals since 2013.

New York never let Cleveland get closer than six in the fourth, much to the delight of several hundred Knicks fans who celebrated behind their benches.

The Cavs were pushed around and outscored in all four losses, including 48-30 in the clincher.

Now, New York awaits the result of the Heat-Bucks series, in which Miami held a surprising 3-1 lead entering Game 5 on Wednesday.

The Bucks are heavy favorites to extend the series at least at home, and New York will be looking for a long series after Randle’s injury on Wednesday.
