Dua Lipa looks thoughtful as she puts on a very leggy display in a leather skirt in LA
Dua Lipa looked pensive on Tuesday as she arrived at a recording studio in LA.
The singer, 27, has not released an album since her release of Future Nostalgia in 2020.
But she sparked intrigue that her third and “truly personal” record might finally be on the way when she was spotted at the Hollywood Hills location.
The New Rules singer, who was recently revealed to be cast in the Barbie movie, turned heads in a striking yellow silk shirt, which she paired with a black tie.
She showed off her enviable toned legs in a black leather skirt, while sporting a matching jacket and Puma sneakers.

She flaunted her enviable tinted pins and showed off her tanned complexion.
Meanwhile, she pulled back her raven black locks for a half-up, half-down style and added black eyeliner for a classy look.
Dua seemed deep in thought as she frowned slightly as she got out of the car.
She was later photographed at the location with her boyfriend and songwriter Ali Tamposi, who she previously collaborated with on her hit song Break My Heart.
It comes after it was revealed that Dua will be recording the theme song for the live-action Barbie movie and starring as a mermaid version of the iconic doll.
In Greta Gerwig’s live-action Barbie movie, Margot Robbie will take on the role of the iconic doll, while Ryan Gosling will star as her old love interest Ken.
While the news was well received by many enthusiastic fans, some were angry that Aqua’s 1997 song Barbie Girl was not used, while others called for Britney Spears to be the song’s vocalist.
A spokeswoman for Dua declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline at the time.

In addition to writing a pop anthem for the live-action movie, Dua will also star as a barbie doll, alongside Margot as the character’s protagonist.
A first-look snap shared on the Barbie movie’s official Instagram page showed Dua dressed up as a mermaid version of the iconic Mattel doll, which has taken on many forms.
The levitating hitmaker flaunted her incredible figure in a shimmering blue bralet and matching skirt as she embodied a mermaid.
She accessorized her sensational look with a beaded necklace and hoop earrings, while opting for a blue eyeshadow palette.
Dua wore a vibrant blue wig that fell over her shoulders in glamorous waves to complete the look.
Alongside the photo, her role was revealed in a caption, which read, “Dua Lipa. This Barbie is a mermaid.’
Dua will star as just one version of Barbie, as the iconic doll will be brought to life by a series of stars, each taking on an aspect of the versatile character.
Sex Education’s Emma Mackey will star as a Barbie who won a “Nobel Prize in Physics,” while Nicola Coughlan will star as a diplomat’s version of the doll.

Impressive: Dua Lipa has another exciting project in the works as she’s set to record the theme song for the highly anticipated Barbie movie
With Margot leading the all-inclusive cast, Hari Nef plays a doctor’s version of the doll, while Sharon Rooney plays a Barbie lawyer and Alexandra Shipp is an author.
The broader cast also includes Kingsley Ben-Adir, Issa Rae, Michael Cera, Rhea Pearlman, Emerald Fennell, Scott Evans, Ritu Aryau, Jamie Demetriou and Marisa Abela.
Speculation about Dua’s involvement in the project was first teased when the official Instagram for the film was launched.
The account followed 15 people involved in the film, including Dua, leading to speculation that she would appear.
Her breakthrough in acting comes after Dua became a household name in 2018 when her single, One Kiss, topped the charts around the world.
A year later, she won the Brit Award for Song of the Year and scooped Best New Artist and Best Dance Recording at the Grammys.
Last year it was revealed that she had left her management company TaP Music and is now managed by her father, Dukagjin.
In addition to starring in the Barbie movie, Dua will take on another acting role as she will play an undisclosed role in Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming spy thriller Argylle.
