Hunter Biden hides away at Joe Kiani’s $50M California vineyard amid his brewing criminal probes:

A billionaire Democrat donor, who sheltered Hunter Biden amid the looming storm of his criminal investigation, received multimillion-dollar federal contracts and offered a $93,000 job to the president’s niece, records show.

Hunter Biden has been spotted hiding in a $50 million estate in Santa Ynez, California, owned by Joe Kiani, a top donor to his father’s campaigns — contrary to recent reports, he camped out at the White House ahead of a crucial meeting between his lawyers and federal prosecutors investigating his business dealings.

It’s not the first time Kiani, described by Joe Biden in 2018 as “one of my best friends,” has given shelter to a troubled family member of Biden’s.

Masimo Corporation, the medical technology company that Kiani founded and runs, offered Joe’s niece Caroline Biden a job in their marketing department in July 2018 following a flurry of bad press following her conviction for a year of misusing a stolen credit card to earn $110,000 in charges .

An email obtained by DailyMail.com from Hunter Biden’s laptop shows a Masimo staffer offering her the role of “Marketing Specialist” on July 24, 2018 with a salary of $85,000 plus a 10% bonus and 450 stock options for the on NASDAQ listed company.

Caroline, 35, snubbed the offer – much to the frustration of her father, who forwarded the email to Hunter.

‘I can’t survive [o]n this,” Caroline wrote to Joe Biden’s brother Jim. “That’s below the minimum wage in California after taxes.”

She added that a previous job where she “made 150” had taken me “hardly half a year.”

Like her cousin Hunter, Caroline had struggled with addiction and legal battles for years.

She reportedly entered rehab for Adderall addiction while attending Georgetown University, was detained by Amtrak police in 2009 after a dispute over a train ticket, was charged with assaulting an NYPD officer in 2013 and subsequently caught of buying more than $110,000 worth of high-end makeup and prescription drugs on a stolen credit card at a Manhattan pharmacy in 2017.

Caroline was sentenced to 20 days in rehab in a DUI plea deal after she crashed into a tree in Pennsylvania in 2019.

Kiani had already shown his lavish generosity to the Biden family by personally donating $500,000 and another $1 million through his company to the Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children.

He also became a known political donor, and along with his wife donated more than $3.8 million to Democrats in the 2020 election cycle, and $1 million to a pro-Biden super PAC.

The Kianis hosted a fundraiser for Biden at their Irvine, California, home in January 2020, pooling more than $1 million for Biden and donating an additional $1 million to his inaugural committee.

The donations raised concerns with the House Oversight Committee after the Biden administration awarded millions in federal contracts to Masimo in September 2021 and appointed Kiani to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.

As of 2021, Masimo has won 991 federal contracts worth $3,887,753, including from the Department of Defense and the Department of Health.

Republicans on the committee wrote a letter in April 2022 warning that “Mr. Kiani’s close ties to President Biden, including an appointment to a White House board of directors, make it appear that he is profiting from his political contributions.”

“Awarding lucrative government contracts to companies led by major Democratic donors is becoming a troubling pattern of the Biden administration and raises questions about whether political contributions play a role in the decision to award federal taxpayer dollars,” the letter said. of supervisory legislators.

Kiani had access to the then vice president as far back as 2012, according to emails.

VP assistant Fran Person wrote to Hunter on November 15, 2012, asking him to participate in a meeting between the billionaire and senior Biden.

Another aide, Robert Hoopes, emailed 12 days later suggesting that Hunter sue Kiani and others on a list of “VIP” backers who were given special access to the “VPOTUS suite” and “spend interesting and meaningful time in were allowed to spend the suite’. with your father and the team.’
