Billionaire Sam Gance and of Real Housewives of Melbourne star Janet Roach auctioning off art

Sam Gance and his partner Janet Roach are selling some of their most extravagant possessions.

The billionaire boss of the pharmacy chain Chemist Warehouse and the reality star hold a luxury garage sale worth millions worth of furniture, artwork and antiques.

Among the 182 items on offer is a 19th-century Renaissance Revival Ormolu chandelier with a starting bid of $3,200.

“There’s a fantastic chandelier, but it just needs candles. (Gance) paid something ridiculous for it,” Roach said The Herald Sun on Sunday.

Also up for grabs is an antique shoulder-mounted deer with gazelle horns valued at $2000-$3000.

The pair’s Pietra Dura Top Wrought Iron Center Table is also valued at around $3,000 with a starting bid of $1,900.

Roach tells The Herald Sun that the sale consists largely of “art we couldn’t fit in the house.” It wasn’t the right size.’
