Married At First Sight star Seb Guilhaus has shown the results of an extreme, 18-day diet and exercise regimen prior to a bodybuilding competition.
The reality star, 35, shared side-by-side photos on Instagram highlighting the difference in his physique before and after Saturday’s event.
“This is not a police action or a dig with the help of my guys, we did this in 18 days,” Seb wrote in the caption, adding, “The athletes on the podium today are warriors. What I could only manage for 18 days, some did for months.’
He then revealed what it took to achieve his body goals.
‘There’s no easy way. To become a champion you need discipline and consistency in the long run,” he added.

It comes after Seb revealed his mental health struggles in a candid post on Instagram.
Posing shirtless next to a punching bag at the gym, he wrote, “I battle myself mentally and physically every day.”

Last month, Seb revealed the extent of his mental health struggles in another candid Instagram post, admitting he was “on a waiting list” to see a psychiatrist.
“It’s been a turbulent period and as a result my training has been halted, which doesn’t give me the assurance that I’ll be able to bring my best body and mind to the podium next month. Everything has to go right for that to happen,” he said.
