Jonathan Majors says ex-girlfriend went clubbing after claiming he hit her… and has witness statements that will vindicate him amid domestic violence allegations

Jonathan Majors says witness statements and video evidence will prove his innocence amid allegations of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend.

A lawyer for the 33-year-old actor filed paperwork in Manhattan on Wednesday, pointing to multiple factors that Major believes will justify him against the charges, TMZ reported after review of court documents.

Priya Chaudhry – the attorney representing the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania actor in the criminal case – said testimonies from his driver and nightclub surveillance footage point to the actor’s innocence following his New York arrest. March 25 in connection with assault, intimidation and strangulation.

Chaudhry said an actor’s driver witnessed the altercation between the Lompoc, California-born actor and his ex-girlfriend around 1 a.m. on the day of the incident.

The driver witnessed the woman attacking the actor as she tried to steal his phone, Chaudhry said.

The lawyer said the driver will testify that they never saw the Marvel actor “in any way, or even touching” his ex-girlfriend. [raise] his voice’ in their dispute.

The driver will also testify that he saw the woman “hit, scratch and assault” Majors, who asked to pull over the car to get out after his ex got into physical contact with him, Chaudhry said.

Majors’ attorney said they have evidence to show the woman’s claims that her finger was broken and her ear torn was a “complete lie,” pointing to video footage of the woman going to a nightclub in the aftermath of the altercation.
