Porn star Angela White debunks ‘fluffer’ myth about the adult industry

Adult star Angela White has revealed that contrary to popular belief, there are no “fluffers” on the set of porn movies.

Long-standing rumor has it that a “fluffer” is a woman employed to hold a male porn star’s penis erect as he prepares for a shot.

They are usually another porn actress, a make-up artist or the artist’s girlfriend.

But Angela, who has appeared in more than 900 hardcore scenes during her career, said fluffers are actually a myth.

Talking to the Pillow talking podcast she recently clarified that the only person helping the men stay hard on set is their female co-star.

‘That’s a myth. What are you talking about?’ Angela said.

“If I do that fifteen man [scenes], it’s me. I’m the artist and I fluff everyone,” she added with a laugh.

Elsewhere in the interview, Angela revealed that on mainstream porn sets, the actual sex is all about ‘thirty minutes’.

She said the rest of the time – up to five hours – is spent taking pictures and applying makeup to the actresses.

In another startling admission, she said adult DVDs “still make money” because there are still remote areas without high-speed broadband internet.

Angela also revealed that “there are hardcore collectors” who would love to have physical copies of the latest porn releases.

It comes from concerned fans who begged Angela to give her body “a break” after a twenty-year career in which she has participated in more than nine hundred scenes.

She spoke about her workload after one of her fans, who goes by the username DionYoung255, asked her on Instagram to “take a break.”

“After more than nine hundred scenes, isn’t it time to take a break?” they were commenting on one of Angela’s posts.

But the three-time winner of the AVN Award for Female Artist of the Year was not in the mood.

“Do a job you love and never work a day in your life,” she replied.

But DionYoung255 wasn’t alone in raising concerns, with more fans saying Angela risks long-term health problems if she continues her punishing work schedule.

‘I don’t know, Angela. That’s a cruel way to treat your body for years. At some point you pay a price,” said one.

‘I think you should find a nice guy, have a relationship. Didn’t you at least deserve that? I think you deserve some time off and a romantic dinner with a guy you bond with. But it’s your body, so go ahead and keep going if you want to.’

Angela downplayed these concerns, saying she “loves my life and my job” and takes time to connect and have “romantic dinners.”

“I take the time to have romantic dinners and connect. I have “real relationships” (even if they may be unconventional). Thank you for your concern, but I love my life and my job,” she said.

It comes after Angela was forced to throw cold water over rumors she “nearly died” while filming an intense sex scene with fellow porn star Keiran Lee.

Keiran, 39, recently made headlines when he claimed Angela was rushed to hospital with a burst appendix after they filmed an hour-long sex scene in 2013.

Speak on the Only Stan’s podcast with Glenny BallsAngela said reports of the incident were “blown way out of proportion.”

“My appendix hasn’t actually burst, but it’s true that I had appendicitis and had to have emergency surgery to have it removed,” she clarified.

Appendicitis refers to a condition where the appendix is ​​inflamed, with symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, fever, chills, and weakness.

Prolonged appendicitis can lead to appendix rupture, also known as a “burst appendix.”

While Keiran was under the impression that his great manhood was the cause of her injury, Angela insisted her condition was “probably pure coincidence.”
