  • Four new items are added to the McCafe menu

McDonald’s Australia has confirmed that four new menu items will be added to the menu, while two favorite snacks will be removed.

Starting Wednesday, April 19, limited edition McCafé options will be available in all restaurants nationwide.

Customers can get their hands on a BBQ, Bacon and Cheese Toastie, Banana and Blueberry Loaf, Apple and Cinnamon Muffin, and Double Choc Muffin.

But unfortunately the Mud Muffin and Blueberry Muffin will no longer be available.

Daily Mail Australia understands that the Apple and Cinnamon Muffin will replace the Blueberry Muffin and the Double Choc Muffin will replace the Mud Muffin.

Both the BBQ, Bacon and Cheese Toastie and Banana and Blueberry Loaf are only available for the next six months.

A McDonald’s spokesperson told FEMAIL that the fast food chain is excited to introduce the new menu items.

“We are excited to see what customers think of the delicious new additions to our McCafé menu,” the spokesperson said.

“McDonald’s is always listening to customer feedback as we expand our menu with new choices for them to enjoy.”

It comes as McDonald’s Australia teamed up with one of the country’s favorite chocolate treats, Maltesers, to launch the delicious Maltesers McFlurry.

The new McFlurry flavor will be temporarily available on the menu for gourmets starting Wednesday, March 22.

McDonald’s creamy soft ice cream is topped with crushed crunchy Maltesers and drizzled with a sweet chocolate sauce.
