A notorious rebel bikini has been thrown behind bars after police reportedly discovered methamphetamine in his fanny pack.

Joseph Bradley Raimondi, 39, was released on bail at Northbridge Magistrates Court on Sunday on charges of misappropriation of property and intentional burglary.

The father of three is accused of stealing a Suzuki motorcycle that was reported missing in July 2021. Police found the motorcycle during a search warrant at his home in Lansdale, north Perth, on April 1.

In court, Raimondi denied allegations that he stole the bike and insisted it belonged to his brother-in-law, the Western Australian reports.

Prosecutors said police had “reasonable grounds to suspect” that he had also stolen a Volvo truck from an address in Kalamunda and driven it to his father’s home.

Raimondi also rejected these claims, telling the court that a “mate called me to store the truck” and that he “never touched the truck.”

The rebel bikie was reportedly found with 3.6g of methamphetamine in his fanny pack during a routine traffic stop on Saturday.

He spent the night in custody before going to court, where prosecutors claimed the evidence against the mason and fish shop owner was strong.

They claimed that the police had photos of Raimondi committing the thefts.

The 39-year-old was once considered close to slain Rebel boss Nick Martin and was famously photographed showing off his Rebel tattoo at the scene of motorcycle enforcer Joseph Versace’s gangland-style shooting last September.

Raimondi applied for bail but was rejected by magistrate Stephen Wilson, who cited a suspended sentence he had already served at the time.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
