I’m George Best’s secret love child and I’ll take a DNA test to PROVE it!
A Norwegian woman claims to be George Best’s secret love child and has asked his son Calum to take a DNA test to prove it.
Isobel Jacobsen, 52, believes the late great Manchester United legend had an affair with her mother Bente while on holiday in Marbella in the early 1970s.
She only recently discovered her link to Best after discovering a photo of the Northern Irishman rocking her as a baby, after spending 30 years trying to discover her father’s identity.
Isobel underwent a DNA test two years ago that showed she is 40 percent Irish, which further convinced her that Best could be her father.
She now wants his reality star son Calum, 42, to take a DNA test to see if the pair are related.

Shortly after the football legend passed away in 2005, it was revealed that Best had two daughters whom he had never met.
Speaking of the long search for her father, Isobel says, “It wasn’t that easy.
‘I want to know who it is, everyone wants to know where you’re from. It really has been an eternal quest. Mom never wanted to tell me anything.’
Of Best, she adds: “When I was born, he was at the height of his career.
“That might explain why it had to be so secret. If there had been a bartender on the corner, maybe keeping this a secret wouldn’t have been so bad.’
Isobel reveals how her mother, who died earlier this year, never revealed her father’s identity – and she assumed he was Hispanic.
She explains, “My mom said there was someone who didn’t care about me, so I couldn’t think about that. ‘Then I didn’t ask about it for years.
“Nor anyone else who said they had pictures of him or knew his name.”
All Isobel knows is that she was born in 1971 in Malaga, where her mother lived between 1969 and 1977, and that she went into foster care at a young age.
Isobel was reunited with her mother when she was six years old and went to live with her in her native Norway, and since she was born out of wedlock, her own identity was kept a secret from many members of her family.

Bente spoke five languages and worked as an interpreter and tour guide for many hotels.
She regularly associated with celebrities and royalty alike, and Best was a regular visitor to the Spanish resort during the latter end of his Manchester United career.
Isobel found the photo of herself and Best while cleaning up her mother’s house shortly after her death.
She’d seen the photo before, but now that she was informed of her parentage thanks to the DNA test, she began to wonder if Best was actually her father after being told in the blink of an eye that it was him.
Isobel explains: ‘I’ve seen this picture before, when I was little.
‘Mum said it was me and a famous footballer, and they had common friends in Spain.
‘She said that he happened to pass by the cafe where she was sitting and that he thought I was so beautiful and took me in his arms.
‘Then there happened to be a photographer who had taken these pictures.’
Isobel, who has no interest in football, always assumed the man in the picture was a Spanish player, but has only recently been told it’s Best.
In November 2005, days after the soccer icon’s passing, a former mistress revealed that Best had two secret daughters.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, ex-model Gina DeVivo, who had an affair with Best in 2003, said: “I asked George how many children he had and he told me three – two girls and a boy – but he was extremely sad that he only had contact with his son Calum.
“He said his biggest regret ever was not being a part of the girls’ lives.”
Best’s former agent Phil Hughes revealed that his client fathered a love child 36 years ago whom he never got to meet.
The girl’s mother had become pregnant while engaged to a businessman and the baby was passed off as the groom’s.
Hughes said, “George once told me about his daughter and told him not to see her.
“He wouldn’t want to do anything that would upset the girl, her mother, and her husband.”
Isobel reveals she has reached out to Best son Calum about a DNA test, but has yet to receive a response.
Best is regarded as one of the greatest football players ever. He won the European Cup with Manchester United in 1968, ten years after the Munich air disaster that killed several of the club’s young stars, affectionately known as ‘The Busby Babes’.
He scored 137 goals for the Red Devils and won 37 caps for Northern Ireland.
However, Best’s off-field behavior and alcohol problems overshadowed his career.
He famously joked, “In 1969 I gave up women and alcohol — it was the worst 20 minutes of my life.”
The Belfast-born star was married twice – to Angela MacDonald-Janes in 1978 and to Alex Pursey in 1995.
Best underwent a liver transplant in 2002 and died of multiple organ failure at London’s Cromwell Hospital on November 25, 2005, at the age of 59.
