Scott Disick adds to real estate portfolio with the purchase of a $5 million ranch in Hidden Hills

Scott Disick bought a Hidden Hills ranch for $5 million, Soil reported.

The off-market deal bought the 39-year-old Hulu star — who just signed a contract for season three of The Kardashians — 3,003 square feet in a single-story layout.

The house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and was built in 1964.

The ad describes it as “perfect for withdrawing now or expanding later,” according to the publication.

Scott’s new home also features “a circular driveway passing through a carriage gate” with an attached garage.

The lot, which sits on 1.1 acres, offers a tennis court, covered patio, pool and spa enclosed by a paved pool deck.

Inside the home is a granite chef’s kitchen, living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and wet bar.

There is also a master suite with two walk-in closets, an office and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a steam shower and a freestanding soaking tub.

Another primary bedroom is junior sized and has a bath with a shared tub and shower.

Last month, it was announced that Scott, who shares three children with ex Kourtney Kardashian, has signed a “massive contract” after months of doubts about whether he would continue performing on The Kardashians.

He will appear in “multiple episodes” of the upcoming season, but made it clear to producers that he doesn’t want to be portrayed as “the villain” in his ex-girlfriend’s storyline with husband Travis Barker.

“Scott filmed for the show last week after signing a huge contract for the upcoming season,” a source told DailyMail.com.

“He was initially against a return because he didn’t want to be the villain in the Kourtney and Travis storyline.”

Scott’s grief over ex Kourtney, 43, preparing to marry her now-husband Travis Barker, 47, was a prominent part of season one.

It prompted the father-of-three to step back for the next season, only appearing in one episode.

His absence sparked a flurry of speculation about whether Scott had left the Kardashian family’s reality TV empire once and for all, but a source close to the star said he made the decision to return in the interests of his followers.

“He felt he owed it to his fans and knew they wanted to see him back on the show, at least for another season,” the insider added.

After signing a lucrative deal to return under the guidance of family matriarch Kris Jenner, 67, Scott decided to jump back on board for the third installment.

“Scott is in a good place right now and he is a devoted father to his kids with Kourtney,” the source continued.
