  • Woman attacked snake with broom
  • yelled at it in fiery diatribe

This is the hilarious moment when a no-nonsense Australian woman confronts a snake that keeps invading her home.

The Brisbane woman was filmed chasing the reptile away as it repeatedly tried to force its way into her home with a broom – while spraying a fiery spray at it.

In a clip uploaded to TikTok on Monday, the woman attempted to remove the huge snake wrapped around the glass slats of a bedroom in the house.

“Go away, go away, go away, back,” she called to the animal, poking it with a broom.

‘I’m over it. This is ridiculous,” she added.

Since the snake didn’t move, the woman approached and picked it up in an attempt to literally throw the animal out of the house.

“I’m done, I’m done with you, go away, stay out of my house,” she cried.

In an act of desperate frustration, the woman then climbs onto her counter top.

She then beats the snake with a broom and yells “stay out of my house” repeatedly.

“Only in Australia,” the video caption read, and the clip quickly racked up thousands of views.

People were quick to praise the woman’s actions, while others called it “hilarious.”

“Aussies don’t need guns…we just grab a broom and solve the problem,” one wrote.

“As a grown man I would have pretended not to see it and waited for my wife to handle it due to sheer cowardice,” added another.

“I love that she’s just had enough of the snake haha,” said a third.

“Our Australian accent makes everything funnier,” wrote another.

“I would have just walked out and planted a for sale sign in front of the house,” said one.
