Atlanta Falcons ‘acquire Detroit’s Jeff Okudah and the Lions get a fifth-round pick’ for former No. 3 overall pick

Jeff Okudah, former Detroit No. 3 in 2020, has reportedly been traded to the Atlanta Falcons.

According to NFL Networkthe former Lions corner will soon have a home in the A, with Detroit getting a 2023 fifth-round pick in return.

Okudah played in just 25 games in three seasons with the NFC North franchise, conceding two interceptions, a defensive touchdown and a force fumble.

Detroit has not taken up Okudah’s fifth-year option — worth $11.5 million through 2024 — and so Atlanta has until May 1 to decide.
