Kym Marsh gives insight into first week of rehearsals with daughter Emilie for Take That musical

Kym Marsh has given fans an insight into her first week of rehearsals with her daughter Emilie Cunliffe for Take That musical Greatest Days.

The actor, 46, shared a short clip on Instagram on Saturday and said she ‘couldn’t wait’ for people to come and see it.

Kym posed for a photo and looked like she meant it as she donned a chic black blazer and leather-look leggings.

She then gave a sneak peak behind the scenes as Emilie, 26, took the stage with a group of singers to cover some of the band’s hits.

The production tells the story of five friends who dream of becoming famous as boy band stars, and will feature 15 hits from Take That.

In another photo, Kym took her daughter for a big hug as they celebrated their hard work.

Emilie looked just like her famous mother, with her long dark hair pulled back in a high ponytail.

She wrote, “Guys, we’ve had such a great first week of rehearsals for @greatest_days! New shows are always hard work and so daunting, but we had so much fun, made lots of new friends and can’t wait for you to come see us!

‘I’m also super proud of @listentoEmilie who worked really hard during rehearsals this week and also put the finishing touches on her debut album, my girl is killing it!

“Business has many exciting opportunities coming soon, too, so keep an eye on this space! Also, anyone who knows me knows how far a little self love and exercise can go!

‘This week I finally got myself back into the gym doing what I do best and it’s already making such a difference!

“Tune in to @loosewomen on Monday to hear us chat about all things @greatest_days and also the chance to see Emilie’s first live performance singing one of her album’s songs!”

The update follows the news that Regan Gascoigne will star in the new Take That musical Greatest Days.

The professional dancer, 27, will appear alongside Kym and her daughter Emily, according to The sun.

The son of former footballer Paul Gascoigne is also allowed to tour with the production when it goes on the road from May.
