Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure that removes unwanted body fat by sucking out small areas of fat that are difficult to lose through exercise.
Hitting back at the comments, she said: ‘OK wow. Weird comments from people talking about my body and saying their favorite body type on me. And that I looked happier before.
“Hell no, I wasn’t happier before. I now feel strong, healthy and more powerful. Don’t shame me. Strangers.’
Malin, who welcomed her daughter Xaya, 14 months, in January 2022, responded to her post’s comments to insist she hasn’t had any liposuction or injections.
She continued, “Omg comments about lipo when the hell did I have a chance with a newborn to do that. I have now been exercising for 14 months since giving birth and have been burning fat by lifting heavy weights and exercising.
“Lipo can work for some people, but when you have a baby, you leave them for 6 weeks and you can’t even hold them.” I did it the right way. Please fuck off!’
In another comment, she added, “How the hell do I look unhealthy if I eat more every day, just lift better options, exercise, run, do stuff.” I like being active, being a mother and also working. And I’m happy.
“Please DON’T tell me I look unhealthy because you’re clearly projecting there—and sending the wrong message to my followers about changing your mindset about exercise.”
‘Please, f**k off!’: She also responded to allegations that she had liposuction when she spoke about her recent weight loss, insisting she simply changed her fitness regime

Malin also took to her Instagram Stories to continue her criticism of the body-shaming trolls, saying they “have no right” to comment on her appearance.
She said, “None of you have the right to tell me how I look like it’s disgusting.” I’m actually shocked.
“I’ve had nice messages from all of you, so thanks and comments, but those who want to project – you need to seriously sort out your mindset.
“I lift weights and exercise and have been at it for 14 months now – I have not diet ONCE and I have had absolutely no lipo.
“I have a one-year-old — I’ve had no injections, I’ve had absolutely nothing but a great PT who showed me what exercise can do for my mind.
“You have no right to tell me I look too thin. You personally wouldn’t. I am a healthy size eight with muscle and I am stronger than ever.
“Please do the inner work and understand why you are triggered by me.”

Last month, she hit back at claims she was losing weight quickly while claiming that “scales were her worst enemy.”
Malin took to Instagram to share a body-positive post, in which she discouraged the pressure to “look a certain way after giving birth.”
Malin wrote in her caption, “HOW DID YOU LOSE WEIGHT SO FAST???? – This is the most received message I’ve had.
‘I didn’t. I fucking didn’t. And it was never about the weight. Scales were my worst enemy and I never want Xaya to go through what I did in my teens.
“Here I am with my beautiful one-year-old. 13 months now to be exact! And let me tell you.. when I gave birth the last thing on my mind was getting up and going for a run or eating anything other than takeout.
‘But months later I decided to make a choice for my health and for Xay. I got up most mornings without sleeping and gradually started running and exercising.
“I think I’ve had enough of feeling sluggish and depressed. (Postnatal). I wanted to feel alive and full of energy again.
“I urge all new mothers not to be fooled by social media and feel pressured to look a certain way postpartum. Take a look at your beautiful human you have made and embrace and enjoy every moment.

“Time goes by so fast and you will never get it back. There are so many unrealistic expectations we face on a daily basis..and it hurts my heart to see it online.
Scales are the devil.. DO NOT focus on your weight but on how you feel inside. Exercise and healthy eating with a good balance provide the best cure for mental health, I promise you.
“Take each day as it comes. Don’t starve yourself, don’t compare yourself and just enjoy being a mom.”
“Do what you want to make yourself happy, but make sure you do it for yourself and no one else!” F**k the scales.’
