Newly-single Elle Fanning dons puff-sleeve dress in Silver Lake ahead of 25th birthday
Emmy-nominated actress Elle Fanning emerged from a restaurant in Los Angeles’ trendy Silver Lake neighborhood on Thursday in what was her first public sighting since confirming she was single.
The former child star – who turns 25 on Sunday – certainly had her hands full carrying an iPhone, banana, water bottle, script and notebook as she strolled by.
Elle (née Mary) looked ready to celebrate Easter in her pastel yellow cardigan, pastel green handbag, blue puff sleeve maxi dress and white tennis shoes.
Fanning confirmed that she “recently” ended her six-year relationship with Babylon actor Max Minghella – who was 12 years her senior at age 37 – in a cover story featuring Harpers Bazaar UK on Tuesday.
The Georgian-born blonde — who plans to have kids in the next decade — originally met the Emmy-nominated Englishman in February 2017 when he cast her in his directorial debut, Teen Spirit.

The Great showrunner Tony McNamara teased that in season three, Catherine and her husband Peter III (Nicholas Hoult) would be raising their baby, as well as Mariel’s (Phoebe Fox) new married life.
