Amelia, 30, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a shirtless photo of the singer, 38, flexing his muscles in red cacti short pajama bottoms.
Olly showed off his impressive six pack and quads as he flexed his physique for the photo, which was taken in front of Amelia’s numerous trophies. He put on her huge tiara just to be on the safe side.
Amelia captioned the photo, “Forget the tour, this clown thinks he’s ready for @pureelite_official. Either that or he’s just trying to avoid getting into the @theicebath.co.”

It comes as Olly reveals the one rule his fiancée has set for him before he goes to his bachelorette party ahead of their summer wedding.
The singer is excitedly counting down the days until his bachelorette party, but revealed that his partner has forbidden him to shave his hair.
A popular bachelorette party trend is for the groom-to-be’s hair or eyebrows to be shaved off by his rowdy friends, but Olly said Amelia has flouted any antics.
“Amelia told them not to shave any part of my body, especially my hair,” he said The sun.
“I told her, ‘Honey, I don’t fucking want to change it,’ it would be the guys, but luckily we’re not that kind of guy.”

Speaking of the wedding planning, he said, “I didn’t realize how much goes into it. But it’s really fun. We really have a great time. And it’s you know… we’ve had a few fights, a few fights. But that happens…”
Olly then admitted, “The most fight we’ve ever had in our relationship in four years.
