A father accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death and then throwing his two-year-old son into a lake was seen in a wheelchair with heavy bandages wrapped around his arms in new footage from his posting.
Thomas Mosley, 21, was charged with two counts of first degree murder after the body of Pashun Jeffrey, 20, was found in her St Petersburg apartment on Thursday. Her body had been stabbed more than 100 times.
Mosley was arrested after checking himself at a hospital for wounds to his arms, which authorities said were “consistent with injuries caused by slipping during a knife attack.”
The body of his son with Jeffrey, Taylen, was discovered hours later in the mouth of an alligator in a lake that Mosley allegedly threw the boy into.
In the booking photo, Mosley was sporting a pair of scrubs and a gruff expression as he was wheeled into the room by officers. His connected subpoenas appeared to be zipped together and he appeared to need help from officers to get up before they began their proceedings.

Mosley had been to Jeffrey’s home late Wednesday afternoon with her family to celebrate the young father’s birthday.
Several hours later, Mosley arrived at his mother’s house with “severe lacerations to both his hands and arms, consistent with injuries caused by slipping during a knife attack.”
Before arriving at his mother’s house, Mosley traveled to the Lake Maggiore area and threw his son into the water with premeditation, an action police classified as first-degree murder.
Mosley then arrived at his mother’s house around 9:00 pm and from there went to hospital to be treated for his injuries before being arrested. He reportedly did not cooperate with authorities.
a GoFundMe founded by the grieving family that has now raised north of $20,000, Jeffrey described as “committed” to improving her son’s life.
Taylen was described as a “sweet and happy toddler” who “grabbed someone’s phone and pretended to call his mother” while she was at work.
“To see them together and their love for each other was a blessing. We will remember their love and keep them in our hearts.
Family members last saw Jeffrey and Taylen on Wednesday, March 29 at around 5:30 p.m. They called for a welfare check on the young mother the next day when they were unable to contact her.
Neighbors said they heard a loud commotion near the apartment around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night, but police were not called.
The next morning, Jeffrey’s mother called the apartment manager for a welfare check after her daughter missed their daily FaceTime call.

Jeffrey’s body was found in the bathroom, which was described as a “very violent” scene and contained a bloody fingerprint on a cleaning bottle that was “deliberately placed under a bed,” according to an affidavit.
There was also a bloody shoe print with the “Gucci” decal on the bathroom floor where the victim was found.

“We’re sorry it has to end like this,” St. Petersburg police chief Anthony Holloway said at a news conference Friday evening.
Sniffer dogs, drones and search teams were deployed to find the missing toddler.
