UFC Octagon Girl Red Dela Cruz has been fortunate enough to spend the last few years traveling the world while working at her ‘dream job’ – and she’s spilled the beans on what really goes on behind the scenes at the world’s biggest MMA promotions .

‘The best thing about my job is that I get to travel around the world. I meet new people and eat new food!

Dela Cruz first started part-time modeling while living in Manila.

And just like the competitors who must stay in top shape to survive in the Octagon, Dela Cruz takes her health and fitness very seriously.

“Health and fitness have always been a part of my life since I was 17,” she said.

“I get up early to go to the gym to start my day. I cook my own meals, go for long walks two to three times a week and ensure a balanced diet.’
