Footage from Trader Joe’s in Canoga Park showed a victim receiving CPR and being treated for a gunshot wound to the chest.
Two suspects are now in police custody and reportedly threw something out of their car window. Units are responding to get the item.
There are some reports of a possible fourth victim.
