“Everyone has been through hard times, but they make you so much stronger and that’s what this song is about… celebrating getting over the things you thought could break you,” she added.

Coulter joined his friends and Nova colleagues Tim Blackwell and Joel Creasey for a listening party on Friday.

In a short clip shared on social media, the team huddled around a television as they listened to the new single with great enthusiasm.

The 37-year-old recently told The Daily Telegraph that she is “very proud” of herself after almost 20 years in the music industry.

“I’m really proud to have sustained a career for almost 20 years and to have had all the crazy, wild, unbelievable success that I’ve had, but I’ve worked hard for it,” she said.

Speaking about her new single, she said: “Whatever has happened in my life, personal or in my career, the ups and downs, I know I’ll always figure it out.”

“And when I say this song is about my life and that’s what I mean.”
