The former chip shop worker, from Edinburgh, flew to Turkey for more cosmetic work.

Jane was just 17 years old when she walked away with the £1 million grand prize on a lucky ticket.

Shortly after pocketing the fortune, Jane spent £4,500 on her first breast implants, taking her from a 34B to a 36FF.

Giving her 222,000 Instagram followers an update on how she is doing, Jane thanked fans for their messages and assured them that she was feeling “fine” after her recent operations.

For her most recent surgery, Jane chose to replace her implants with smaller alternatives.

The influencer then proceeded to share a ‘gruesome’ video of the surgeon removing the accumulated collagen and tissue around the implant.

She wrote: ‘This is the capsule that formed around my implant! I’m so thankful I got that out of my body!’

Jane then added: ‘Sorry, this is awful, I know. My implants are now under the muscle and a different type of implant should reduce the chances of this happening again.

The Lottery winner also shared a photo of her old implants and joked that she would sell them on OnlyFans.

The businesswoman revealed that there was a small complication during the operation, as her old implant had caused scar tissue to form and that had led to problems.

It is not the first time that the lover of cosmetic surgery has problems during an operation. In 2017, a Brazilian butt lift nearly cost him his life after contracting sepsis.

Speaking to Philip Scofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning, Jane said: “I literally thought I was going to die.

“I don’t know what was wrong with me and they told me that I had had a reaction to the anesthesia.”

Earlier this year, the 27-year-old joined Dr. Phil for a special episode of his CBS show, titled ‘The Curse of the Lottery,’ where she opened up about what had happened to her since winning her fortune.

The influencer admitted: “I don’t regret the money I’ve spent, my only regret would be going public.”

She also revealed that she had been the subject of abusive comments online where people labeled her “stupid” and discussed her decisions.

Jane said: “These people seem to think they know more about my life and it’s hard because when I was younger I obviously read the comments and it affected me.”

‘These people have never met me, probably never seen me.’

Following her life-changing win, Jane was successful in campaigning for the lottery age limit to be raised from 16 to 18 in the UK.

During the show, Dr. Phil also asked Jane what she thought about the “curse of the lottery” concept.

She replied, “It’s a very dark fairy tale that I don’t think anyone warns you about.”

When she won the lottery in 2013, Jane promised to spend it on a custom white Range Rover, a season ticket for her beloved Hibernian, and a vacation to Ibiza with her friends.

He later returned to work at a potato chip shop, saying he preferred a “work routine” to a life of leisure.

Speaking to Sunday People in 2017, Jane said: “I thought it would do ten times better, but it did ten times worse.” She wishes she had no money most days. I tell myself, “My life would be so much easier if I hadn’t won.”

“People look at me and think, ‘I wish I had his lifestyle, I wish I had his money.'” But they don’t realize the magnitude of my stress.

She said she had trouble finding a boyfriend who wasn’t after her money, that she was tired of shopping for designer items, and that she was missing out on cheap holidays in Benidorm.

She dumped her ex-boyfriend Mark Scales in 2015, calling him a “snake” and saying friends had claimed he was after her money.

Her relationship with Connor George also ended in 2016 after she gave him a list of rules before going on vacation to Ibiza.

‘I have material things but other than that my life is empty. What is my purpose in life?’ she asked.

In 2019, she revealed that she was making money selling risqué topless photos on subscription site OnlyFans.

And he said that family intervention was the only thing that prevented him from wasting his entire fortune.

“It’s very easy to spend money and once you realize it’s yours and how much you have, it becomes even easier,” he explained during an appearance on This Morning.

“You think, ‘Oh, well, I have the money to spend it.’ It just becomes easier to buy more things that you don’t necessarily need.

“My family told me: ‘You have spent a little now, you should think about investing it.’ So I bought some properties and put some in the bank.

“At some point I had to take his advice or it could have gone a completely different way.”
