She wrote: ‘I can honestly say I feel lighter than I have in a long time! Less anxious, less stressed, more determined.
In her post, she called on her fans to go ahead and follow her lead in kicking out negative voices.
She wrote: ‘I will not be controlled by that destructive little voice in my head that is trying to keep me small. And neither should you.
“There’s a whole world of classy people and incredible opportunities if we go out there and believe we deserve it all.”
