Amanda opened up about her extensive fitness regimen, revealing that she runs three to four miles a week in addition to practicing Kundalini yoga and a “Viking workout regimen.”

Although her exercise plan sounds a little intense, she reiterates that she doesn’t do it because she “feels like she’s done it too” and explains the importance of balance.

‘I’m not a slave to any beauty or fitness regimen because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love to drink.

“But the deal I made with myself was that I had to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in the winter. And I don’t do it because I feel like I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity,’ he told the publication.

Amanda joked that “it’s all downhill from your 20s,” but added that just like Cher, you can “go back in time” with proper nutrition and exercise.

“I am from a generation of women who do not [fade into the background] – We’ll flaunt our bits for as long as we can. I certainly will, even when they’re dropped on the ground, I’ll pick them up again,’ he laughed.

It comes after Amanda revealed that she will “definitely do another year” as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent.

The presenter, who has been on the ITV talent show for 17 years, told MailOnline her goal is to turn 18 and jokingly said she never wants to leave.

In an exclusive interview, Amanda said: They’ll probably take me out on a stretcher. I mean I’m definitely going to do another year after this.

‘If I turn 18, which is what I would be, I feel so privileged and lucky because it was never a job I expected to do this long.

Amanda went on to talk about the new judge Bruno Tonioli, who has been full of energy during the filming of the show.

The former Strictly judge, 67, has joined the ITV talent competition panel as a replacement for comedian David, 51, who quit after 10 years on the show after making “disrespectful” comments about contestants from previous series.

Amanda explained: ‘Obviously we have a new judge, Bruno. It was like dropping a berocca into some water and watching it bubble up.

She then squashed the ‘feud’ rumors when she said: ‘He had never seen the show, so it was all new to him. It was nice to see it through new eyes. I think he really enjoyed it and we’ve tried to make him feel welcome and he did a good job.”

It comes weeks after Amanda and Alesha reportedly refused to sign contracts for the latest series of BGT.

The duo were said to be furious that the new judge Bruno will see his new salary match his own, an estimated £850,000.

According to The Sun, Amanda and Alesha sent the latest series into chaos with bosses scrambling to secure TV favorites ahead of filming in London last month.

A source told the publication at the time: ‘Amanda has been with BGT for 17 years, while Alesha is in her 11th year. They don’t think it’s fair that a newcomer enters the program and receives the same treatment as them.’

After talking about what viewers can expect on this year’s show, Amanda told MailOnline: “There’s been a lot of hilarity, a lot of people use body parts to play instruments.”

“We’ve had a lot of things that you wouldn’t normally think of as entertaining, and oddly enough, even Simon has enjoyed them, he wouldn’t have had three or four years ago.”
