Destiny 2 Xur location, inventory for March 24-28

Xur, the strange exotic seller and Agent of the Nine, is back Lot 2. Xur brings with it an unpredictable roster of Exotics, as well as a range of older Legendary armor and weapons that can help you replenish your collection if you miss them.

The trader appears in the game weekly from Friday to reset and hangs out in random locations around the world Lot 2 – also in the tower.

What is worth buying from Xur this week?

Here’s some more specific advice on Xur’s wares this week, March 17-21:

THE QUEENBREAKER

The Queenbreaker is an Exotic van Lot 2: Abandonedand is a remake of the Queenbreaker’s Bow Exotic Destination. It is an Arc linear fusion rifle with a choice of two types of zoom. The Sniper sights increase charge time, zoom and damage; the Combat landmarks reduce charging time and increase handling. The exotic perk is Wire guncausing the gun’s bolts to hit blind targets.

The Queenbreaker can be very powerful in any PvP environment. Even with the Combat Sights, it can quickly kill a Guardian in a single shot from afar. In PvE, this weapon is decent, but way down the food chain for exotic heavy weapons. You should grab The Queenbreaker if you don’t already have it.

SHINOBU’S BELIEF

Shinobu’s vow gloves are added Curse of Osiris. Their exotic advantage, New tricks, improves your Skip Grenade and gives you an extra Skip Grenade charge. The value of this exotic comes down to personal preference. Anything that gives you an extra grenade charge is great. If you like playing Arcstrider and would rather use a grenade-boosting exotic instead of the Raiden Flux chest piece, pick up these gauntlets. If that doesn’t apply to you, skip it.

Actium War Rig is an extremely powerful Titan chestpiece. The exotic advantage, Automatically load link, your automatic rifles will constantly reload as you fire them. If you’re a fan of automatic rifles – especially ones with larger-than-average magazines – this is an incredible exotic. When pairing Actium War Rig with the Sweet Business exotic auto rifle, the clip refills with 10 rounds every few seconds, making the minigun feel truly unique. If you ever use automatic rifles, this chestpiece is an absolute must-have.

VERITY’S FOREHEAD

This Verity’s eyebrow Warlock helmet is pretty mediocre. The exotic perk is The Fourth Magic, which causes your energy weapon to kill to regenerate grenade energy for you and your allies nearby. This benefit is fine and always useful. Compared to many of the other Warlock exotics out there – Crown of Tempests, Geomag Stabilizers, Chromatic Fire, etc. – there’s almost no situation where this helmet is worth using.

Exotic Cipher Quest

Starting in Beyond the light, Xur has a new search for an Exotic Cipher. The Exotic Cipher allows you to purchase ancient Exotics from the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk in the Tower. You’ll need these items and some other currency to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur wants you to complete 21 Strikes or win Crucible or Gambit matches. Completing the quest will earn you an Exotic Cipher that you can use however you like.
