A bride is mocked online after making her bridesmaids exercise with her the morning of her wedding, then recommending others to do the same.
Kennedy Olson Hart, 21, of Utah, has gone viral on Tik Tok after sharing a video of herself leading her bridal party in a cardio dance routine just hours before they were to tie the knot.
“POV: It’s the morning of your wedding,” she captioned the short clip, which has been viewed more than 4.4 million times.
The footage shows Kennedy dressed in a white sports bra and matching biker shorts as she energetically bounces to the front of the room.

There are about a dozen other women following her lead who are dressed in black sportswear.
At the end of the clip, the bride lets out an emotional ‘Woo!’

The video has received nearly 1,400 comments since it was posted on March 7, with many people agreeing that making your bridesmaids sweat on your big day is a “nightmare.”

Many commenters mocked the bride for having her bridesmaids work out with her, but there were some fitness lovers who were fans of the idea.
Kennedy’s bridesmaids seemed to be having a good time in the video, but critics couldn’t resist mocking her for having the sweat session on an already busy day.
One person called it an “almond mommy wedding,” a term used to describe moms with restrictive eating habits.
“Y’all run marathons on Thanksgiving too… I know,” another quipped.
Others insisted that the bride had to be from Utah, and Kennedy confirmed in the comments that she is from the state.
Despite the influx of critics, there were plenty of fitness lovers out there who were in favor of the bride easing the stress of her wedding day with a workout with her girlfriends.
‘I would love to do a morning yoga [routine] or something to get the nerves off,’ commented a fan. ‘This is really smart.
