Emmerdale SPOILER: Charles FINALLY sees Alex’s true colours

There’s more drama ahead in next week’s Emmerdale, as Charles (Kevin Mathurin) will finally see Alex’s (Liam Boyle) true colors.

The ex-addict has returned to the village after previously appearing as the father of the ex-Dawn’s son, Lucas, and despite appearing to be shape-shifted, he’ll soon be causing trouble again.

In new episodes, Dawn reveals to Billy how Alex threatened her.

Meanwhile, Alex is getting comfortable with his new life in the village, until Clare rudely interrupts him, demanding that he finish what he started.

Alex walks into the operating room, but is surprised to see that the medicine cabinet is empty. However, he soon has a plan B and urges Clare not to give up on him.

Drama: The former addict has returned to the village after previously appearing as the father of the former Dawn’s son, Lucas, and though he seems to have changed his ways, he will soon be causing trouble again.

The next day, Manpreet and Naomi try to encourage Alex to fight for access to his children.

Meanwhile, Alex secretly hatches his plan to rob the pharmacy’s delivery van. Soon, Alex is posing as Dr. Liam on the phone to find out when the van will arrive.

Meanwhile, a supportive Charles tries to convince him to fight for his children, but is shocked to learn that Kim and Will have kidnapped him and threatened him over the matter.

Soon Charles heads off to confront them both and soon Dawn can’t believe her ears, hoping that her previous actions won’t backfire on her case.

The next day, Billy tries to calm down the nervous Dawn as they await the court case that determines whether they get full custody and adoption of Lucas and Clemmie.

When Billy and Dawn arrive at court, they have a nervous wait. Meanwhile, Naomi tries to convince Alex to go to court and fight for her children.

Soon, Alex sits at an intersection in his car, but it is not clear which way he will choose. As the court case continues, the judge states that the only way Alex could have her children was if she arrived now to announce her wish. Billy and Dawn seem tense.

However, unknown to them, Alex is too busy opening the doors of the pharmacy van and stealing all the medicines.

Rage: Back in the village; Charles is shocked to discover the drugs in Alex’s car. Alex runs off, but Charles chases after him.

News: Soon Charles heads off to confront them both and soon Dawn can’t believe her ears, hoping that her previous actions won’t backfire on her case.

Oh no: At the side of a road, Alex is on the phone with Clare. He hangs up and hits the road only to be hit by a passing car.

Tension: When Charles tries to call the police, Alex breaks his phone and takes the drugs.

Back in the village; Charles is shocked to discover the drugs in Alex’s car. Alex runs off, but Charles chases after him. Alex is accosted by an outraged Charles who causes damage to Charles’ car.

After an argument, Alex reveals everything about their master plan and Charles breaks down to hear that Alex has been toying with them all along, including his relationship with Naomi.

As Charles tries to call the police, Alex breaks his phone and takes the drugs.

Frustrated by Naomi’s reaction to what he’s been told, Charles grabs his keys and goes out for a walk.

At the side of a road, Alex is on the phone with Clare. He hangs up and hits the road only to be hit by a passing car.

Alex lies lifeless. A figure walks towards him, before quickly turning and running off.

So what will happen next?
