Biden’s support was broken! President’s pick to win NCAA Tournament, second-seeded Arizona suffers first-round loss to 15-seeded Princeton
President Joe Biden was one of many college basketball fans to have their March Madness bracket broken after Princeton defeated second-seeded Arizona.
Biden had picked Arizona to win the National Championship in his bracket, and since they’ve now been sent home, it’s unlikely Biden will have a chance to win the White House March Madness brackets he may have entered.
Princeton entered the game as a 15-point underdog, but ended up winning the game 59-55.
Arizona was up by just one point at halftime as the score read 31-30, however the Wildcats could muster only 24 points while being scored out in the second half.
Princeton will now play No. 7 seed Missouri in the next round of the NCAA Tournament.

Biden wasn’t the only member of the White House enjoying college basketball on Thursday, as Vice President Kamala Harris was booed as she watched her alma mater, the legendary HBCU Howard University, be demolished by Kansas 96-68.
‘I mean, here we are in Des Moines. And they’re in a tough spot, they work hard, they’re very disciplined and it’s a pleasure to see them here at March Madness,’ Harris said of Howard’s men’s basketball team in the second half. ‘Many of us here love our school.’
‘And at Howard University, I ran for my first position as a freshman class representative and have always been a part of the Howard community.
And I’m sure everyone who has a team understands what it means and the joy and commitment we have in the traditions and loyalty to your team.
When the Vice President was shown on the arena jumbotron, boos drowned out the round of applause she was given. The demographics of the crowd may have influenced her reaction to seeing the former California senator on the arena’s video board.
More than half of voters in Iowa, where the game took place (53.1 percent) voted for Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election, compared to 44.9 percent for Joe Biden. .
