The son of one of the victims of a grisly murder-suicide in which five bullet-riddled bodies were found in a Miami-Dade home has been identified as the shooter by neighbors and loved ones.
Five body bags were seen being removed from a home in Northwest 87 Courthouse near Terrace 148 on Friday after police made the gruesome discovery.
Authorities were alerted by concerned family members of the deceased and called the Miami-Dade Police Department at 9:52 a.m., according to Local News 10.
Police detective Álvaro Zabaleta said during a news conference at the scene that the bodies of two men and three women were found inside the house.

Shocked relatives and community members revealed to the station that two of the people found dead were mother and son, the relationship to the other three is still unclear.
Police have not publicly identified the suspect or the victims, however a family member, Rolando Aguilar, said his ex-wife Joanka Aguilar and their son Dhani were among the dead.
He said he was “heartbroken” and couldn’t put the loss into words.
Neighbors in the community said they were shocked and left questioning the shooters’ motive.
“I don’t know why he killed five people, four and himself,” said one man. I want to say that I know that mental illness is a problem in our country.
Zabaleta said officers entered the home through an open window and found a body before finding additional bodies.
