Bachelor star Megan Marx now top creator on Playboy’s OnlyFans rival
Former Bachelor star Megan Marx has become one of the top creators on Playboy’s new OnlyFans rival, Centerfold.
The men’s lifestyle brand, once famous for its racy magazine and star-studded Playboy Mansion parties, recently entered the influencer space by launching their own subscription-based app to compete with OnlyFans.
Just two weeks after joining the site, Megan was named the ‘Centerfold of the Day’ on Playboy.com and became the top trending model on the site too.
The 32-year-old is currently trending above adult superstar Lana Rhoades, comedian Amanda Cerny, and TikTok star Nasir Milian.
Megan previously appeared topless on the cover of Australia’s Maxim magazine alongside fellow Bachelor star Tiffany Scanlon, who she was in a lesbian relationship with at the time.

Playboy shut its magazine down in 2020 when the pandemic affected printing.
The iconic company is now moving ahead full throttle with its clothing and merchandising empire after purchasing Aussie lingerie giant Honey Birdette.
They’re also focused on their creator-led app Centerfold, which has already attracted a number of major Aussie models, including former Playboy cover girl Gabby Epstein.
Unlike OnlyFans, which permits creators to share hardcore pornography, Playboy’s is more focused on nudity and photography, much like the classic style of the magazine.
Another major difference is that creators must be accepted to join Playboy, whereas anybody can sign up for an OnlyFans account.

This is most likely so that Playboy can offer subscribers higher quality creators who live up to the ideals of the iconic brand.
Outside of those differences, many of the features on Playboy and OnlyFans are the same.
Subscribers can send their favourite creators tips and even exchange private messages with them and enjoy live streams, similar to Instagram Live.
Bachelor In Paradise’s Megan Marx joined Playboy last week, offering subscribers professionally shot topless images that she was unable to share on her Instagram account due to the app’s strict content guidelines.
The 32-year-old, who grew up in a strict religious cult, said that it was Playboy’s dedication to sexual freedom that inspired her to join the site.

Gina Stewart, 52, said she was impressed by Playboy’s ‘iconic status’ and the brand’s classier image compared to more explicit platforms.
‘The Playboy platform has launched yes and it’s going to give OnlyFans a run for its money,’ she told the Daily Star.
‘It will stay within the Playboy guidelines, nudity but not pornography,’ she continued.
‘I think this appeals to a more conservative demographic audience and is a lot more classy and glamorous.’

The Playboy app launched in 2021 under the name Centerfold, with rapper Cardi B attached as both a founding member and creative director of the app.
It’s unclear if the WAP hitmaker is still affiliated with the brand, as she hasn’t posted on it in months.
So far, Playboy has attracted a number of big names to join the platform, including influencer Jordyn Woods, Twitch streamer Amouranth, social media star Amanda Cerny, and TV personality Amber Rose.
Former porn stars Mia Khalifa and Lana Rhoades, who were two of the biggest names in the adult industry before quitting porn, are also Playboy creators.
As Playboy continues to grow its brand, OnlyFans has become increasingly more controversial and explicit.

Many former reality stars who signed up for the platform have progressed from doing lingerie photos to hardcore porn on the site to keep their subscribers paying.
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea launched her OnlyFans account in January, which she said was ‘multimedia project’ that would encompass art, photography, poetry, and illustrations.
However, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last month, the Fancy hitmaker admitted that she’d been making a big chunk of money on the site by sending degrading voice messages to male subscribers with humiliation kinks.
‘Men pay me to tell them that they’re a piece of s**t,’ she boasted.
‘They’ll send me like six hundred dollars just to send a voice note like, “I’d never suck your disgusting little f***ing d**k! Is that even a d**k? I wouldn’t even let my dog lick that d**k.”
‘And they’re like, “Ugh. $200. $300.” And I’m like, I like this game! I like to sit in bed at night and tell men how [inaudible] and they pay me for it.’

Last year, former Married At First Sight star Mishel Karen (pictured) made headlines for filming a 12-person bisexual orgy for OnlyFans

American model and reality star Blac Chyna recently closed down her OnlyFans account despite being one of the top creators on the site.
Explaining her decision, she told The Jason Lee Show that she wanted to ‘change’ her image.
‘All that stuff is a dead end and I know that I’m way — I’m worth way more than that. I feel like I have bigger fish to fry,’ she said.
‘Shout out to the people that do still have their OnlyFans and stuff like that. Get your money, don’t let the money make you.’
