At least one footy fan has been injured after wild scenes in the aftermath of the Collingwood v Carlton AFL match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday.
The Magpies sensationally came from three goals behind to secure a one-point win over Carlton which pushed the Blues out of the AFL top eight and ended their season.
Footage has since emerged of violence between the rival fan groups in the stands, with one video showing a Carlton fan punching a Collingwood supporter in the head.
“I don’t know where the bloody security is, mate, it’s ridiculous,” one fan can be heard saying.
“You and your kids shouldn’t have to put up with this shit.”
‘Just the one poor security member trying to break it up I saw towards the end,’ a fan posted on Twitter.
