A future pro? Patrick Mahomes’ daughter Sterling shows off soccer skills in sweet video
A professional future? Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ 2-year-old daughter Sterling shows off her backyard soccer skills in sweet video
Patrick Mahomes showed footage of his daughter, Sterling, strutting around with a soccer ball in what could be a glimpse into the future.
The reigning Super Bowl and regular season MVP posted an Instagram story of his two-year-old son dribbling the ball.
“Keep going girl, let’s go,” Mahomes said in the video, as Sterling moved the ball inches from the goal line before driving it into the net with her hands.
“Good job,” he added, laughing. His wife, Brittany, posted a similar video to her Instagram page.
Ms. Mahomes was a soccer star at the University of Texas at Tyler and currently holds school records for most goals in a single season and points accumulated in a campaign.

Patrick is a co-owner of the franchise and announced the move earlier in the year.

“Her and the Longs (part owners) have done an amazing job building a world class organization and I’m excited to join another championship caliber club that continues to make history,” he wrote on Twitter at the time.
“We are very excited to make this a family affair and to have Patrick join as owner,” Brittany said in an official club statement in January.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will join his wife Brittany as co-owner of the NWSL’s KC Current.
Mahomes is already invested in Kansas City’s two other sports teams: Sporting KC and the Royals.
