Crystal empire heiress Victoria Swarovski, 29, is ‘seeing Red Bull tycoon’ after split with husband
An heiress to the multi-billion dollar Swarovski crystal empire has split with her husband and reportedly fallen for a billionaire Red Bull mogul.
Austrian Victoria Swarovski, 29, who is also a pop singer and TV presenter, announced her divorce from Werner Muerz, 46. They were married for six years.
Clearly, Victoria has now fallen for Mark Mateschitz, 30, an Austrian billionaire whose father Dietrich ‘Didi’ Mateschitz co-founded the energy drink giant Red Bull, which also owns multiple sports teams in Austria and Germany.
According to reports in Germany, the pair reportedly went on a date in January and have been close ever since. Austrian media reported that they were spotted together at the Hahnenkamm Races, organized in the Kitzbühel ski area.
Neither has publicly confirmed or denied the romance rumors.

Although Victoria has been a pop star since 2009, she rose to fame by winning the ninth season of the Austrian RTL dance show Let’s Dance in 2016.
Two years later, she became the co-host of the show and also founded her own beauty brand. Her father Paul Swarovsk is a major shareholder in the crystal empire.
Born in Innsbruck, Austria, Victoria also famously sang the theme song of The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader.
She and Muerz announced in a statement through their lawyers last week that they are getting a divorce.
Victoria Swarovski and Werner Muerz parted ways on friendly terms. We are asked to respect privacy and to refrain from further investigation,” they said.
Mateschitz, meanwhile, became Europe’s newest multi-billionaire after the death of his father Didi in 2022, at the age of 78.
Didi co-founded Red Bull and owned 49 percent of the company. At the time of his death, his net worth was estimated at £23 billion.
The 49 per cent share passed to Didi’s only son Mark, who was recently estimated by Forbes to have a net worth of around £14 billion.
According to reports, he also inherited a number of luxury properties, from a Fiji island to Austrian castles, and an estate in London’s exclusive Knightsbridge.
For almost four years he owned his own beverage company – Thalheimer Heilwasser – which sources water from Austrian springs for its drinks.
Despite his privileged upbringing, reports say he is sober and understands the company he inherited due to his work in senior roles at Red Bull in the years before his father’s death.
Due to his wealth, he is said to be one of Europe’s most eligible bachelors.
As for his reported new flame Victoria, the pop singer once married Muerz — a real estate mogul in Germany and former banker — in a custom wedding dress that cost more than $1 million.
The dress weighed more than 100 pounds and the train was studded with 500,000 of her family’s world-famous Swarovski crystals, The Mirror reported.
The paid wedding in the Italian city of Trieste, attended by 250 guests. She was led down the aisle by her father Paul.
They kicked off the luxurious weekend with a ‘pasta and love’ welcome dinner at The Piazetta at the Falisia Resort and Spa the night before the wedding and hosted a ‘farewell brunch’ the day after the wedding ceremony.
The reception took place 20 kilometers from the church at the luxurious five-star resort of Hotel Falisia in Portopiccolo. The family and friends enjoyed breakfast at Max’s restaurant, surrounded by herb trees pruned in the shape of hearts.
Mr. Muerz is believed to have been friends with the Swarovskis since he was a child, and began dating his bride-to-be when she was just 16.
Like Red Bull, Swarovski is an Austrian company, although it is much older. It was founded in 1895 (128 years ago) by Daniel Swarovski.
In 1976, after the company was handed down through the generations of the family, the Crystal Objects branch was established. The company started selling crystal figures and sculptor and then launched jewelry, eyewear and souvenirs.

Swarovski began supplying their crystals to other brands, including fashion houses, lighting companies and interior design giants.
They have also launched a perfume brand with the Clarins Fragrance Group and are sponsoring the Christmas tree in the Zurich station concourse and the star on the tree at New York’s Rockefeller Center.
They have also sponsored the British Fashion Awards and featured models like Miranda Kerr, Karlie Kloss and Ruby Rose for the brand.
The corporate group is now owned by approximately 200 family members, but recently included non-family members on its board of directors for the first time.
