Connecticut school lunch lady, 31, charged with sexually assaulting student, 14, after sexting him

A Connecticut school lunch lady has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at her school after harassing him over text.

Andie Paige Rosafort, a former lunch busser at New Fairfield, allegedly sent nude photos and videos to a teenager via Snapchat over a six-month period and also had sex with him.

Rosafort, 31, is alleged to have sent her first nude image to the boy by first asking him, “Do you want to see something?”

The New Fairfield Police Department began investigating the allegations after receiving information on January 17 that inappropriate behavior had occurred between Rosafort and the teen.

A friend of the victim told her parents, who then reported the suspected sexual assault to the police.

According to the affidavit, Rosafort had been communicating with the victim for six months through various social media platforms, including Instagram and Snapchat.

At one point, the victim alleged how she received a text from Rosafort asking, ‘Do you want to see something?’ her before sending her a nude photo.

When the guy responded by asking if he had possibly sent the photo in error, Rosafort sent a second unsolicited nude selfie.

Among the sexts the woman allegedly also sent were videos of her masturbating with him over the course of several months.

Rosafort is alleged to have asked the 14-year-old to send her nude photographs of himself in return.

The victim also reported that Rosafort attended his sports games and sent him videos of him playing.

Police collected evidence that the victim and Rosafort were in the same location when the alleged sexual assaults occurred.

Investigators also say they found a shirtless photo of the victim on Rosafort’s phone.

According to the affidavit seen by wtnh the teenager had been at a party and told his friends that he had to leave because he needed to see his family.

His friends sensed something was wrong after he left in the middle of the event.

When he returned, his friends felt that the boy was ‘acting strange’. It was then that he revealed what happened between him and the lady at dinner and that he had ‘left the party to have sex with a woman’.

Details of the arrest warrant show how the victim had sex in the vehicle but “ended the encounter because he started to feel weird about it.”

The boy told his parents two days after feeling “very strange and guilty” about what happened.

The affidavit also reveals how Rosafort was often seen talking to freshmen on social media.

Rosafort turned herself in last month and posted $100,000 bail. She was released on the condition that she had no contact with any minors other than her own children. She is also not allowed to be on social media.

When the allegations came to light, Rosafort resigned from her part-time position at the school, having previously been warned to monitor her interactions with minors, according to News. The school described it as “possible inappropriate behavior.”

School district records reveal how he was warned not to text or contact students through social media in December.

Rosafort has been charged with several crimes, including second-degree sexual assault and using a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, injury or risk of injury, or undermining the morals of a minor, according to police.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charges and her next court appearance is scheduled for March 23.
