Minnesota Vikings wide receiver KJ Osborn saves a man’s life by pulling him out of a burning car after it crashed under a bridge in Texas with flames shooting from its hood

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver KJ Osborn helped save a man’s life by pulling him out of a burning car Sunday night in Austin, TX.

The 25-year-old took to Twitter to reveal that he and three others rescued the man from the vehicle after it crashed under a bridge.

Osborn told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that he was riding in an Uber home after a workout when he saw a car that had crashed under a bridge and had flames shooting out of its hood.

He and his Uber driver immediately rushed to help and, along with two other bystanders, took the driver’s life.

After approaching the burning vehicle, Osborn was able to get the man out and drag him to safety until emergency services could arrive to help.

Osborn said the man was clearly unable to get out of the car on his own and there were no passengers with him in the car. The driver reportedly suffered only minor injuries.

‘Most of the time the saying goes ‘wrong place, wrong time’. But this time I think God had me, us in the right place at the right time,” Osborn wrote on Twitter along with footage of the crash and a photo of himself with the other three Good Samaritans.

‘Last night these 3 absolute heroes and I helped save a man’s life by rescuing him from a burning vehicle after a serious crash. A situation I would never have imagined being a part of in a million years.

More to follow.
