Jackson Mahomes ‘is under police investigation for sexually assaulting a female and shoving waiter’

BREAKING: Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Super Bowl champion Patrick, “is under investigation for sexually assaulting a 40-year-old bar owner and shoving the server multiple times.”
The brother of two-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes has been charged with assault and “sexual assault” at a bar outside Kansas City.
according to a Kansas City Star ReportJackson Mahomes, known for his outrageous behavior in NFL stadiums, is accused of forcibly kissing the 40-year-old owner of the bar.
In addition, he is accused of repeatedly pushing a 19-year-old waiter. The police are investigating the situation.
The alleged incidents took place on February 25 at Aspens Restaurant and Longue in Overland Park, KS. Owner Aspen Vaughn said she had video of Mahomes trying to kiss her twice and grabbing her by the neck.

“He forcefully kissed me out of the blue,” she told The Star. ‘And I’m telling him, pushing him away saying ‘what are you doing?’
“Then he proceeded to do it two more times, where the last time I was pushing him and I can see on the cameras that someone was outside the office door and I was yelling at them to come help because it’s big and huge.”
“It’s disgusting,” Vaughn told Mahomes at the time. “Like you’re a kid and he’s trying to say ‘we should be a power couple,’ and I’m like, ‘you’re clearly crazy right now.'”
The teenage waiter, who chose to remain anonymous, said Mahomes would not allow him access to the staff office.
“He was going to our office downstairs where the employees are in the employee area, and he’s downstairs for I don’t know what reason,” the waiter said.
‘I’m trying to get to the office, and he’s like, pushing me. … And he goes, ‘No, get out, get out.’
An attorney for Mahomes, Brandan Davies, has denied the allegations.
“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” the attorney told the outlet. “Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses.
“We have contacted law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so they can have a complete picture of the matter.”
A Kansas City police statement was provided to the Star.
The Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred on February 25, 2023 at a business near 151st and Metcalf. The department is still investigating.
