Shirtless Chris Evans shows off his slender frame after adopting extreme weight loss advice

He revealed in 2019 that he “changed his life” with a series of weight loss tips.

And Chris Evans showed off his svelte frame when he went shirtless at My Black Dog Big Bash in Boisdale of Canary Wharf on Thursday.

The 56-year-old radio host was feeling generous in raising funds for a mental health charity and decided to auction off the T-shirt he was wearing and the shoes.

Stripping down to pants and socks, the star-studded audience watched in surprise and amusement.

However, his methods paid off, with one bidder offering £13,000 for the items.

Chris wasn’t the only star to bid his items, as Sir Rod Stewart auctioned off his Dolce and Gabbana shoes with a bid of £4,500.

The singer also auctioned off his Celtic jersey along with tickets to his upcoming UK tour.

Rod cut a dapper figure for the event, donning a brown velvet animal-print blazer that he wore with black pants.

Also donning a white shirt and black tie, the hitmaker posed in his prized Celtic shirt ahead of the auction.

The event was also attended by Gaby Roslin, who opted for a casual look in a black sweater with striped sleeves and matching skinny jeans.

Letting her blonde locks fall loose to her shoulders, the presenter enhanced her figure with a pair of black ankle boots.

The announcer rocked a beige shirt and navy sweatpants along with white sneakers.

Jayne Middlemiss opted for a metallic jacket which she teamed with matching boots along with a cream pleated skirt.

Kaiser Chiefs star Ricky Wilson, meanwhile, looked dapper in a dark gray three-piece suit while attending the event alongside his wife Grace Zito.

Chris’s outing came after he gave fans his extreme weight loss advice.

The Virgin Radio Breakfast Show host admitted that he sometimes fasts for up to 16 hours in an attempt to lose weight.

Speaking on his show, the host opened up about his extreme technique after being offered a brownie by a member of his team.

He said: ‘I do this 12-hour fast, which I’ve never talked about on the radio.

‘But I don’t eat for 12 hours a day because it makes everything better. 16 hours is even better, but 12 hours is easy, especially if you do a breakfast program.

It came after Chris revealed last month that he was down to twelve stone after ‘changing his life’ with a ‘super tip’ to avoid drinks with his meals.

The star explained that she got down to twelve stone by avoiding any drinks with her meals.

He said on his show: ‘I’ve been doing this since Saturday and it’s changed my life. Liquid, particularly water, disrupts their digestion.

45 minutes after a meal, you really want to drink, and if you eat four or five hours apart, you drink right in the middle, and that keeps you full.

Help your digestion and lose weight. We encourage our kids to have a glass of water with dinner, but really that’s the wrong thing to do.’

After his weight loss, Chris revealed that he wanted to freeze his ‘moobs’.

Jokingly, she decided to have the procedure after speaking with Dr. Ranj, as she complained about the weight she still carries around her chest area.

Chris told Dr. Ranj that he is currently measuring his testosterone levels in an attempt to increase it, and as he struggles to shift weight in the chest area despite being in excellent shape.

He added: ‘I was looking at moobs this morning. I ran the marathon ten days ago and my moobs are in full swing.

It must be estrogen, right? What is happening?’

Ranj later explained: ‘It’s not necessarily just estrogen. But you know what, you can work with them. You can freeze them if you want.

But it seemed like Chris was on board with the idea, as he replied, “It’s cold in here, I just froze my boobs this morning.”
