Host Gregg, 58, who hosts the popular cooking show and its spin-offs with John Torode, has been recognized for his work with food for the past 53 years and his contributions to charity.
MBE ranks third highest, with OBE second and CBE first.
It is awarded to those who have made an outstanding achievement or service to the community and have made a positive impact in their field.
Born in Peckham, in south-east London, Wallace began his career at Covent Garden Fruit and Vegetable Market at the age of 15, after leaving school early.

He started George Allan’s Greengrocers in 1989 and has had a successful broadcasting career, presenting many shows including Veg Talk on BBC Radio 4, Saturday Kitchen, Eat Well For Less, Inside The Factory, Turn Back Time, Harvest and Supermarket Secrets.
Gregg also took to his Instagram to post his suit and boots look before heading to Windsor to pick up his MBE.
Martyn Butler, who helped establish the Terrence Higgins Trust after his friend Terry died of an AIDS-related illness in 1982, will receive an OBE for charitable and public health services.
The founders of the trust hoped, in naming the trust, which focused on raising funds for research and awareness of the disease, in Terry’s honor, that it would personalize and humanize AIDS in a very public way.
Former Culture Secretary Sir John Whittingdale, Conservative MP for Maldon, will be knighted for his public and political service.
Former Wigan loose forward Sean O’Loughlin will be paid an OBE for his rugby league services.
After a 19-year career with his hometown club, he became the first team assistant coach.
He played 459 games and won 10 major titles with Wigan. The man and club captain hung up his boots at the end of his 19th season as a rugby league professional in 2020.

Last week, Gregg’s partner in crime, John Torode, was among the high-profile names honored during an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
On Thursday, the 57-year-old celebrity chef was named an MBE for services to food and charity after a career that has made him widely known for his role as a judge on MasterChef.
John attended the ceremony with his wife, actress-turned-TV cook Lisa Faulkner, 50, who he was later photographed with celebrating the occasion.
John has written several cookbooks and appeared on ITV’s This Morning in the late 1990s before taking over as a judge on the BBC cooking show in 2005 alongside Gregg Wallace.
John is also a restaurateur and former owner of The Luxe restaurant. He has written several cookbooks, including some with Judge Gregg.
John looked dapper as he dressed for the occasion in a navy suit and tailcoat.
The chef smiled after collecting his award at the palace.

John and Lisa share five children between them: Lisa’s adopted daughter Billie, 16, and John’s adult children Casper and Marselle, and teenagers Jonah, 18, and Lulu, 16.
The couple recently they celebrated their third wedding anniversary, after meeting for the first time when he judged his food in BBC‘s Celebrity MasterChef.
Lisa took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone with a gushing tribute to her husband.
The actress also gave her 322,000 followers a glimpse of the big day with a candid snap of the couple enjoying a kiss afterward.
