In the TikTok video, posted Monday, Monica speaks directly into the camera as she begins: “Okay, as a dietitian I feel like people are always looking for that missing piece of something they can start implementing to improve their health.” overall health.

Speaking of his Salt and Sage Nutrition company as a whole, he is candid about his journey on his website.

He says: ‘I grew up loving every aspect of food; the flavors, the textures, the smells.

‘I never tired of experimenting in the kitchen.

“I would spend hours mixing different ingredients together (most of the time it ended up being pretty disgusting to be honest), but I never lost sight of how much I loved creating.”

He later revealed that the business is his “passion project”.

‘THIS is how I want to reach customers, share recipes and connect with a community of like-minded (and maybe not-so-like-minded) people who are passionate about all things wellness.

“I created this site to do just that,” he concluded.

The American Heart Association recommends a total dietary fiber intake of 25 to 30 grams per day.

But he reports that this comes directly from food, rather than supplements.

It is believed that the current intake of dietary fiber among adults in the United States averages around only 15 grams, which is only half the recommended amount.
